This license includes the following:
- No holding of deposits for clients;
- Usually, an intermediary position between a client and a holder of one of the above licenses;
- A middleman position ('broker') between an investor and an investment (or forex) firm.
Requirements:
- Share capital USD 50 000,00.
- Share capital to be paid and deposited at a local bank in Belize.
